For the first time, the Marion County Treasureršs Office will be allowing outside advertising inserts into its property tax bill mailings in 2007 which includes approximately 315,000 notices to be mailed on or about June 7th, 2007 and 40,000 notices to be mailed on or about September 25th, 2007.
Space for the Spring mailing will close on April 10th, 2007 (Inserts will be due by May 11th). The acceptance of winning bids for this space will be based on the acceptance of the advertising offer and review of actual creative. Marion County reserves the right to decline any proposed advertising offer.
Mailing space is category exclusive. Your offer will not ride in the same statement envelope as a competitor.
The highest grossing bids (combining rate and circulation quantity) will be awarded the space. The advertising offer and actual creative artwork must be reviewed prior to allowing space to the highest bidders. The Marion County Treasurer reserves the right to decline any proposed advertising offer.
Circulation quantities are broken down into lots of 1000, with the minimum accepted quantity is 10,000 (or abbreviation "M"). The bid amounts will be submitted as a Cost per Thousand (or CPM). There is no opening bid (insert printing is NOT included). High bids, available circulation, and category availability will be updated daily.
